Looking for Pilot Clients!
Hey there,
Thanks for your interest and appreciate all you do for the community at Monte! I'm a personal trainer who recently made the transition to going independent after spending some time at a luxury health club (more about me here!). I'm looking to pilot a few coaching tools to refine my offerings as I get started with my journey. There isn't a clear winner in the market and I figure the best way to assess them is to use them myself and get your feedback. :-)
I'm looking for 1-2 QA clients over the next 4 weeks for 1:1 in-person training. The cost will be heavily subsidized to cover expenses such as gym rental, liability insurance, travel, and the use of an app, running about $50 per session. I'm open to discussing other arrangements that would make this essentially free for you (ie: an apartment gym with the necessary equipment) as long as it's feasible.
You would be a great fit if:
You can commit to two days a week for four weeks for live 1:1 training sessions at a studio in NoMad
You have some flexibility in scheduling, hopefully on your off days!
You already have a training regimen and would find this complementary to your current routine or need a refresh (a huge plus if you have 3-4 days dedicated to strength training each week)
You could benefit from another perspective on programming, form, and other training modalities
You have a desire to learn the foundational principles of training
You are technically savvy and can adhere to using the prescribed app approximately 80-90% of the time
What you get:
A custom 4-week program tailored to your goals and current abilities
Eight 1:1 in-person training sessions with homework assigned through the app to complete on your off-session days (mandatory)
Guidance, progress tracking, and valuable insights and information to build self efficacy during our time together
If this sounds interesting, Iād love to hear from you! :-)
Dan
